Cometary activity search via comparison of fluxes measured from PSF modeling and optimized photometry apertures

Summary: identify new or known moving objects (potentially filtered by specific orbital parameters, observational circumstances, physical properties, or family membership) for which the flux measured using an optimized photometry aperture (e.g., one determined via curve-of-growth analysis) exceeds the flux measured from a best-fit PSF model by a given percentage (i.e., indicating significant excess deviation from a stellar PSF profile), and flag as potentially exhibiting cometary activity
